Hmm, not into 4somes now are we?
She should at least be paying her way for all the facilities that she is going to use.
Unless she is just going to stop in his room all the time, not use the loo, the shower, the kitchen etc.
In which case she should pay for it.
And I'd drop the reduction on his payment, especially as it is now in double occupancy.
