I would like to mention the EXCELLENT service that bt provides me. I used to have a lot of problems with them but after moving to broadband BT have been very good. Great customer service, they also seem to protect their customers. Now they are upgrading my line to 2mb and i dont have to pay anything.
We cancelled NTL TV and Phone to move back to BT and get Sky digital last week, very good BT
