yup im sure its ntl, ive tried uploadin to other servers and other griends on bb and it just dunt like it.i tried to send a .swf today to a m8 on ntl 5miles away and he couldnt get the file for love or money

Have you got any download manager programs installed?

Many of these restrict single streams of data to a small rate with a registry setting and use multiple streams to gain the extra speed. I've seen this before with programs like download accelerator etc although usually it affects the downstream not the up, but just an idea.

Also make sure your network card (NIC) is set to 10mb half duplex for the STB connection as auto sensing rarely works and most STB's and CM's dont support full duplex.
