Employees have a duty to obey any reasonable & legal instructions from thier employers & this IMO fits neither description.

That's a very good point. The EU Court Of Human Rights has to be good for something, maybe they could deign any such actions illegal. Only trouble is, they would force us to fly
their bloody flag instead.
