My guess is it will be a while though - during the adverts for Playmakers (new US football series being shown on FX) it clearly still stated Sky subscribers only

I don't know where you are getting your information from, but from what you've written on this thread, it doesn't appear to be a very accurate source.
I can't confirm too much about new channels, until we've signed contracts with them. However, I can tell you that there aren't any new channels coming this month. And comments you've made about FX coming are not correct.
As soon as we have some new channels to tell you about, then I will post that info on here.
