Yes course they do, and they're probably a lot cheaper than VIAO's lol
I have read a recent article that a company is trialing out Wireless Internet using Traffic Lights and Lamposts, they say almost every house should be within close distance to either a traffic light or lampost. Once connected you would be able to download at upto 100mbs.
