Re: Football Season 2011/12
So static boring Fabio doesn't believe in racists being punished? Didnt he take away after he Terry was having affairs? Or was that forced upon him
Stewart to take over? or better yet good ol'd 'Arry.

Good for Capello, Nice to see everyone happy at the prospect of crashing out in the group stages. If Harry Redknapp knows what's good for him he'll stay well away from these idiot 'executives'
Either way I'd be a nervous Spurs fan about now. 3rd place.. flying high then this happens

No one is happy with the prospect of crashing out of the group stage, people are excited about the activity surrounding the team.

Re: Football Season 2011/12
The question is, will the FA let Redknapp take the job part time until the summer? I can't see him leaving Spurs in the position they are in now. And then will he agree to dropping Terry from the squad? Which is clearly what they want.
The FA have made a fine mess of things, which is not suprising. At least England have a scapegoat in place already...

Not the same scenario, criminal charge (innocent until proven guilty) != marital infidelity.
Or, to be cynical, marital infidelity didn't occur in the run up to the Euros...

If Levy doesnt sign the extra few signings he Harry wants don't be surprised if he accepts the job plus spurs will not be as wealthy when the stadium build goes ahead

You are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Re: Football Season 2011/12
Yes it does seem he's already been found guilty by a number of people and the media. Then they'll kiss his arse if they were wrong. Cheesy headlines like 'we always believed in you'
Not really bothered about the next nationality of the new gaffer. We had this hype over an English Manager last time and look where that led.

Re: Football Season 2011/12
Innocent until proven guilty doesn't mean you carry on as if the charge never existing in the first place. Chris Huhne resigned from the cabinet this week after being charged with perverting the course of justice. It's just not practical to carry on with being England Captain when your facing a racism charge, it's obvious. His role involves being the 'face' of the England team for the next few months after all.
