Re: Free 2 to 10 upgrade
I think that the ex-NTL upgrade may be in the next few days... since the ex-TW upgrade seems to have been today (for the users that have registered anyway...)
*EDIT*
@RandomLocation
I notice that your Ping is high... could you try a different server over at Speedtest.net?
Oh and, is this also your speed test posted at the AVforums?

Re: Free 2 to 10 upgrade
I'm just glad I finally got upgraded after all the trouble I had, mainly with employee illiterateness. They need more literate employees like Moldova that are easy to access. I wonder if my speed will get any better over the newt few days. Also no, that is not my speed posted at AVForums friend , another lucky customer I think?

I must have been put on hold 2000 times earlier, and majority of the time, its because they sent me to the wrong team...
So I know what you mean about the Illiterate staff

One re-directed me to Customer care because they can change my package, and not technical support (Customer care are dealing with the early upgraders, so why was I transferred to technical support to be transferred back?)
I spoke too soon.

Haha, thanks.
I'd like to see everyone upgraded within the next few hours, so all us Ex-NTL customers can polish our shiny SpeedNet results

I am starting to get a little excited now!, I wanna start testing what a little online gaming is like or downloading a video from the BBC iplayer!
*EDIT/UPDATE*
I have came to the conclusion that we will see the upgrades starting from north to south since the area code seems to go higher the further south you go (although, thats just from what I've been reading on the AVforums...).
well, what ever way it going (north to south or vice versa) thank **** I live in the west midlands... I'll see the upgrade when its about 50% through!. (well, if it is that the area codes go from north to south or VV...)
*UPDATE*
heres the current west midlands speeds:

Re: Free 2 to 10 upgrade
it seems that there is less people viewing the topics on each forum which is discussing this issue, so I imagine that it could either be that they have the speed upgrade now, or that they have just decided to go bed (afterall, at time of writing, it is 11:39PM/23:39)
