BBC have just stated that both Labour and Tories (at the count) are saying the Tories have taken Basildon from Labour.

Looks like CON are getting big swings from Labour, but much smaller ones, if at all, from LIBDEM.

Forget the overall swing, look at England swing, 8.9%. CON probably won't win anything in Scotland and only a few in Wales, it's England that is the main battleground.
