Had an engineer visit today he talked along these lines. Said they havent seen the box themselves. I know this doesnt help add to the rumour but the engineers seem to be aware of it.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 3
Engineers say anything though, I asked one once if they were getting Atlantic. He said Virgin would have both by Christmas that year. This was in 2013 though, and still no sign of it.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 3
Does anyone know if power consumption has decreased within power saving options?

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 3
I remember reading sometime ago that even in eco friendly mode, stand-by etc. the TiVo consumes a fair amount of electricity. The reason why my TiVo get turned off when not in use.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 3
Wonder if there's any chance of the TiVo's EPG being updated to show the NFL Red Zone coverage on Sky Sports on Saturday night. I could set up a manual recording but it'd be nicer if the EPG was updated.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 3
The other day I was recording 2 programs and watching the footy on the 3rd tuner. Somebody came to the door and I thought no problem, if theres a goal I`ll just rewind it. But when I came back, the footy channel I was watching had switched to some cookery program. When I checked the info, it was a suggestion that was being recorded. Is it meant to do this ? Surely if I`m watching a channel it should remain on it until I change it.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 3
If you're watching a channel live then TiVo doesn't know whether you are watching it or whether you've just left it on the channel and have turned the TV off.
However if you had paused the football or where watching it behind live then I don't think it would have changed the channel for the Suggestion.
