From what l understand from sources it was supposed to launch a while back but was put back several times.

Our sources told us Virgin was having some "technical issues" with channel in mid May.
The channel was supposed to launch two times before today.

quite possibly although I think they are more Red button for
Wimbledon/Glastonbury/Women World Cup(?)/BT sport Champions league perhaps?
