Chelsea won the league a few times in the past, 55 IIRC when the FA didn't let them enter the European Cup after winning the league. More been known as a decent side that is good in the cup, until the millions from Roman came along

thee elite; Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal are in a league of their own

Spurs did the double once only, and that was fifty years ago.
And Chelsea won the league once only before they became Chelski and bought their trophies.

Re: Football Season 2011/12
Only Liverpool and United have had sustained levels of dominance. Arsenal seem to always be around there, popping up now and then to win titles before giving away to another era. Arsenal won the title in '89 at the end of Liverpool's dominance and before United's. We challenged United's era occasionally before Chelsea came along.

Arsenal were also good in the 30s, winning the league three years running I think.
Spurs do have 3 European Trophies to their name and 8 FA Cups so they have a lot more history than some clubs.

Former Liverpool and Everton player Gary Ablett has died at the age of 46 following a 16-month battle against non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Very saddened to hear this sad news this morning.
RIP Gary

Queens Park Rangers have signed striker Federico Macheda on loan until the end of the season from Manchester United.
The 20-year-old Italian, who has not started a Premier League game this term, is manager Neil Warnock's first signing of the January transfer window

RIP Gary,
Popular figure on both sides of Stanley Park and another genuinely decent bloke taken away from the game at such a young age.

Premier League Scores
Aston Villa0-2Swansea
Blackburn1-2Stoke
Fulham v Arsenal17:30
QPR1-2Norwich
Wolves1-2Chelsea
It seems Blackburn and Villa can beat the big teams but then falter against the easier sides but give praise to Swansea and Norwich as both have fine managers who's sides play some lovely football and are a credit to the Premiership.

Yes very lucky as from my reports Lampard and Cole should have been given their marching orders.
