Things will only improve if Mancini is given the boot and thus then the new manager is given considerable funds to purchase the 4 world class players they still need to become a force in Europe.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
new manager, more funds? i think only a decent manager. Pep may well be spoilt for choice and get huge contract offers come end of the season.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
In my mind, Pep is off to Chelsea come season end and I firmly believe Jose Mourinho is the next Manchester United manager.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
I think mancini is purely fascinated with systems, not teams.
Normally I expect a manager to make the team greater than the sum of its parts. Man City aren't a team, just talented individuals. I don't see them playing as a team.

Depends what he wants. Arsenal would offer complete control of the team and transfers, and stability. He would know that Arsenal would allow him time and a bad season or two. He would not get complete control or time at City or Chelsea.
However they would offer more transfer money, a better chance of a league and champions league title.
