Re: sky sports red button
I think Lew meant the general red button functionality (BBC bridge as it was then, Wimbledon interactive) that was added with the CR3 software all those moons ago...

Re: sky sports red button
Whenever I try to access the red button on Sky Sports it just sits on the "Just a moment" window. I've waited quite a long time but eventually have to hit the reset button.
Any ideas?
Cheers.

Re: sky sports red button
Yes it is nice to have match choice at last but what a shame a selected match cannot be recorded or rewound etc..
Or can this be done if so, our V+ box is not doing this.

It's all well and good claiming that it's Sky's doing, but is the V+ software even capable of recording red button streams? I know that technically they're no different from a normal channel but unless there's code to actually record them then there's not a lot that can be done, really.

Re: sky sports red button
Its not that hard to record the games through the night which would work just as good unless your intent on watching a game between 11pm and 4am.

Happened to me last night with Football match choice, needed the dreaded reboot as well
Don't use the red button on SKY Sports much, but until last night had no problems

Re: sky sports red button
Mine has needed a reboot nearly every time aswell, sometimes hitting the blue button whilst it is stuck on "just a moment" gets me back to tv but mostly it needs a reboot. It generally works on the second go but i've also had it get stuck on match choice just backing out of a selected game to the menu.
A shame as it has stopped me from using it now unless i'm desperate to watch it.
