Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
Same issue here, net has been dreadfully slow since 7pm on the dot... getting like 500kbps download. pages are loading as a crawl but upload seems not so bad when uploading pics.
* The other issues today was them implementing upstream bonding, I now have two upstream channels, I thought this evenings issue was related but it doesn't seem so, seems far more widespread!

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
Not only has it x5 the ping time but download has been cut by 33%.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
Someone from the VM forums directed me here.
They're saying it's the router but, looking at some of the other replies, I remain sceptical.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)
It's the packet loss that needs looking at. Your modem stats may provide a clue as to whether it's in the circuit.
You could switch that wretched SH to router mode briefly and test TBB from there. That's be an acid test. And if you're talking to India, forget it. C|all during the day and hang up till you get a UK agent.
