I have used some of the rhubarb to make a sauce to go with the roast pork we are having for our evening meal.

I'll soon be having:
Cod in butter sauce, crispy oven chips, petit pois. All from the freezer.

Dry cured ham and salad sandwiches, consisting of Escarole lettuce, toms, radish, cucumber, spring onion on granary bread, finished with a glug of heinz salad cream, lunch came early today
