I don't see any packet loss in that graph other than the national glitch that had nothing to do with VM...

The one on Kymmy's graph? Like I said, national glitch that has nothing to do with VM. Yours is completely different and unrelated. Kymmy's chart shows no real packet loss at all in the last 24 hours.

Here's how this works. If it affects all VM customers and nobody else, it's probably a VM issue. If it affects multiple ISPs aside from VM, it's probably nothing to do with VM.

If you look you'll probably find at least a couple of national glitches per week.. Not always restricted to VM's network but also could be thinkbroadband's network or the routing between them. A simple dropout like that is inconsequential and not an issue unless it starts repeating itself many times in a short period of time.

The "Share Live Graph" or "Show Previous Days" hyperlinks right below the graph itself on the page where you can see all the graphs you have created and have the option to create a new graph.

it reboots my hub and blocks me online for a few minutes until the hub lights all start working correctly again.

actually I think it has to do with this thread seeing as its my graph that I;m talking about and I don't know what it meant.

hence my reason for coming on to ask.
