Technically you can have more than one registered (obviously using only one at a time), it's just that VM don't want that.

Um... almost all of them? Seems like luck of the draw whether or not a customer receives a Super Hub that's alright or one that's nothing but trouble.

It's looking more and more like inconsistency in the hardware side. Quality control problems. But even on a good Super Hub, no DynDNS, no bridge mode, so it's still far from perfect.

Re: [Update] ALL 20>30Mb upgrade discussion

So although not all customers are affected by the issues from the superhub, where does that leave the customers who do have problems? I have just had the worst customer experience over the last week from ringing Virgin Media. Given the complete runaround. Given every excuse under the sun as to why i'm not getting 3 meg upload. Then the oofical announcement from virgin admitting to the problems and when I quoted this to a member of staff on the phone yesterday, they were unaware of the announcement.
Where is the communication within Virgin? What do I do now?

can someone also tell me wht the channel id is for and its relevance? Below is somebodys config on 30 meg dl and 3 meg up

Lock Status Modulation Channel ID Max Raw Bit Rate Frequency Power
Locked ATDMA 3 20480 Kbits/sec 45800000 Hz 38.7 dBmV

mines is

Lock Status Modulation Channel ID Max Raw Bit Rate Frequency Power
Locked ATDMA 2 20480 Kbits/sec 45800000 Hz 52.2 dBmV
