Re: Broken e-mail
Check your e.mail via the webmail option from the ntlworld homepage to see exactly what mails are there and what size they are.
If they look ok and are not large in size i would try removing the account from outlook and adding a new one to refresh it.

Re: Broken e-mail
Rather annoyingly I have no idea whatsoever about my password for webmail, so it looks like a call to cs tomorrow for me

Re: Broken e-mail
Finally got into webmail, and whilst not a large e-mail, one in particular was causing a blockage
After deleting it, everything is fine, so rep for you my friend

Re: Broken e-mail
Try setting it to 10 minutes, no joke, I have set on that at the moment, just in case.

Oh yeh, well I have just received 20 emails dated 4 days ago.
For gods sake the royal mail are faster than that.

they did indeed have one offline... a backup server was put in place, hence the disappearing mails... is anyone still having problems today?

Any ideas? Other than 'find a new ISP' which is what I'll certainly be doing if the emails are gone forever

*Sigh*.......
Surprise surprise.....
Didn't take them too long to acknowledge the problem then...

Sending email down ?
Hi,
For the last hour or so any emails I send are not going anywhere it seems, no one is receiving them - I tried a few tests to other email accounts I have as well and they are not arriving - is anyone else having problems with NTL's SMTP server ?
