Personally I'm not into bulking up just trimming down and gaining some definition back, as I used to have abs you could grate cheese on.
Yes it was a long time ago

Getting trim is the hard part, tons of cardio and really being careful in the kitchen. What I'm doing is easy, even though the diet isn't always the most fun! 200g of protein a day isn't always the easiest thing to eat and occasionally 3000 calories is tough!

Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
I had a great work out in the pool today after not doing anything for the last two days and feel so good after it. Was to wet to do any kind of walking. I have now enquired about swimming lessons but have to now get up the nerve to actually start them
How did everyone else do today.

Thanks so much Caff and Tinkey. For the first time today I actually put my face a bit under water, not for long but done if for a few minutes a few times. By next month I should be putting my whole head under water and swimming like

Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
I'm just about to cart my gear out to rehearsal. That has to be a double session on the free weights at least.

Well done both of you!!!!
Mr Tink is once more wanting to go abroad on holiday, which means not only do I have to psych myself up for the flight, but I have to up the ante and get a shed load of weight lost.

I know where your coming from Tinkey as I have claustrophobia as well as I'm scared stiff of going up on a plane and being locked in. I know the minute the door closes I would panic. You done very well the last time and also your doing very well getting fit. Its one day at a time. When does he want to go?

Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
Well my plan is going swimmingly, I tipped the scales yesterday at 14st 10lb, or 93.4kg in new money.
Given I'm only 5ft 9in or so not bad.
