Re: New Speed Upgrades 8th March. (Part 3)
Its already been said that new users can sign up to the new speeds from tommorow, not that existing ones will already.

Not quite - as far as we know there won't be any upgrades this week, we expect the first ones to be next week. Tomorrow (well technically today now ) is when they are going to start taking orders for the new tiers.

That won't stop a new world record for cable modem reboots being set today.

Any idea when the NTL sites will be updated to take this into account? And is there going to be another postcode checker?

Re: New Speed Upgrades 8th March. (Part 3)
I'm really really annnoyed with NTL for this.
I'd love to jump to 1mb from my 300k's but this Cap is ridiculous. Im currently monitoring my bandwidth use and its going to clearly be over.
What do you think happens if say you were 4gb over instead of the allowed 3gb per month ?

No idea on either - I'd be suprised if they do another checker though.

Like it says, the 8th is when new customers placing orders will be offered the new speeds (in fact, I believe the new speeds is all they will be offered).
