I thought that the Rooney goal, was an own goal off the keeper. And saved the blushes of England.
Yes, they may be top of the table. But they are going to face much stiffer teams, then they have so far.
I also believe that Hodgson should have been sacked, they need a new start with a new manager.
The team under Hodgson has been very low par in my view.

The result was better than Germany's but the German performance was excellent except for finishing 7-2 wouldn't have flattered them.
