Just been out for an anniversary meal with my wife.
Starter - Baked King scallops with black pudding and gruyere.
Main - Salt dough baked breast of chicken stuffed with Tomato and mozzarella and basil served with butternut squash, sage and hazelnuts.
Dessert - Assiette of pistachio and vanilla ice cream, raspberry and chocolate tart, warm brownie, and chocolate fudge cake
Washed down by a couple of glasses of Riva Leone Barbera.
