I gave up waiting, no emails since "TV heaven..." in Feb. So I just rang up anyway and our install is on 19/4/11.

One interesting thing I did just notice though. Whilst Thursday's "Loose Women" is available directly from the EPG, Friday's edition of the show says "Go to..." and not "Play from...". So I wonder if it's something like it take 48 hours for it to be available directly through the EPG?
Can you try countdown from yesterday 4:15 an tell me what you get, cheers.

Wife not happy with Tivo, too complex, no time on front. I have some work to do!

Well amazingly I've just tried it and it's now working for me. That's the first time ever I've seen it work, and I've had a TiVo months. Which leaves me all the more baffled.

You may be on the right lines, but even the programme that was on Ch4 at 4pm works for me already.

But the V+ only shows a clock when it's on standby anyway?

Buy her a new pair of shoes, that should appease her.

Take it there is no other way, if yes please post details, I have a Sony KDL40HX803 TV
I've no idea what the installer was on about. See section 33 of the user guide for instructions.

I am not in my wife’s good books right now but a price worth paying to get a Tivo!
VM have already done a deal for Sky OD, and it'll be along shortly. Meanwhile set up a WishList and you might catch the lost epoisodes.

This seems very variable between boxes, remotes and/or rooms. It's a problem for a few people, but for most it's fine. Another of those little mysteries.

Just one thought though, for people who have remote problems. Is there still a protective film on the front of the box?

Must be mine then, maybe I need to request a replacement. On the upside my quality of picture on SD is an improvement over the V+HD box
