Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
I think I am going to have nightmares of Messi running at Sol Campbell.

In some ways I am really liking this draw. I really like Barcelona, what's not to like after all. Great Team, Great Attitude, Great Spirit.
If we beat Barcelona then bring on anyone, it'll be great. If we don't, then there is little shame to losing to, what I believe, the greatest football team in the world right now. It will hopefully be a great game! Plus I shall obtain one of those scarfs they do with one side Arsenal, the Other Barcelona.

It should be a good game, but as much as I'd like to, I don't fancy Arsenal's chances winning this over 2 legs.

Me either. You would be crazy to suggest Arsenal are anything but underdogs. However I reckon Arsenal will be up for it. Similar teams in many respects (expect Barcelona are better). Both teams will attack home and away though because it's all either knows how to do. I hope we keep it close rather than get destroyed though.
Bring. It. On!

Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
I'm sick of games ending in draws - winners and losers should clearly be separated.
New rule if a game ends in a draw
After 90 minutes, each team gets a point,
immediately to penalties and the winner gets a extra point for winning on penalties
I think this will also help England when they reach semi finals in national competions as they tend to go out on penalties

W00t w00t! Thanks for the 3 points scousers :-D
I always thought deliberately defacing the pitch was a bookable offence and thought Torres should have been yellow-carded for his reaction to the penalty when he gouged out the penalty spot.

Don't think it should have been a penalty though. However since the ref did decide it was a penalty he should have produced a red card, Arsenal were treated to a red card for pretty much nothing yesterday.
