Re: Football Season 2014/15
That's true and I don't think United will win the league this year but the swagger is coming back and we're finally looking like a team again. A few months for the side to fully gel and we'll be back in the CL come May.

Yes l certainly think you will get a CL spot as it will be Arsenal or my beloved that will miss out.

Re: Football Season 2014/15
Its good to see some pace back into the team again, I was impressed with how Blind played as well. Obviously it wasn't much of a challenge but there were good signs there.

Re: Football Season 2014/15
Decent game, great atmosphere. For a team with several newcomers they did play well in midfield and up front but you could still have driven a coach and horses through the defence, thankfully QPR came on a rocking horse.
Blind probably shaded MOM for me but Rojo, Herrera, Di Maria and Rafael all played well.

There won't be many teams that beat QPR 4-0 at home...so certainly playing well

Re: Football Season 2014/15
United only won by a large margine, because they played QPR. Wait till they play bigger sides.
No disrespect QPR, but you didn't have quality today. You just fell apart

Re: Football Season 2014/15
Top 4 problems. Try being bottom of the league supporting the worst trained team in premier league history... From start till now. I've never seen a team so poorly trained. Set pieces, defending and God only knows what next. It's just shameful really. Scout talent the world over and bring them in to be trained by the clowns at Newcastle. You have a manager that won't quit, an owner without a tongue and situations so dire you have to play a 4-6 formation.
The Sunderland riot incident was a mess and that's when pardew had a backing. Now he's lost the fans I dread to think some of the things we could witness this season at home. It will be a dark time for Newcastle and Football. How long can they keep it up without causing riots?

Why can't Arsenal defend properly.

Ah well, at least the Arsenal score can cheer me up after a rubbish day. Cheers Arsene.

Re: Football Season 2014/15
By far the worst performance that l have seen by an Arsenal team. Why, didn't Wenger take of Welbeck THREE GOLDEN CHANCES, and he fluffed each one.
Terrible game from Arsenals view. There can be no excuses from Wenger after this performance.
