That is nothing new unfortunately, the lack of communications with their customers is a long standing issue that has been brought up over and over again in these pages and on the community site to little avail.

Soon it will be even easier to catch your team on telly, thanks to the Sky Sports red button.
If they’re not showing on the main channel, all you need to do is press the red button on your remote control, and Bob’s your uncle, you can scroll through all the games and select your side. It’ll work for all 2011-2012 Barclays Premier League matches, plus any UEFA Champions League match, ATP tennis, US Open, Heineken Cup and more. Plus, your clever red button unlocks loads of news and stats, too. And an extra bonus, from late spring you can use it to track down smaller sports events, games or highlights, too. Just keep an eye out for the red button appearing on your Sky Sports premium channels. Nice one! "
This is the information we are all looking for as the season is just 9 days away.

Also a bit worried we've still had no info regarding Match Choice.... It holds no interest for me but it does my Dad and Brother in Law...

l think one thing sums this Sky red button up on Virgin and that it is a absolute fiasco by Virgin yet again with them stating things and not delivering on it when they said they would so its just another example of Virgin's vague and false promises.

Re: sky sports red button
Hang on...we have no idea if they will deliver or not so you can't really say that Denphone...but that's the main poinbt isn't it... we don't know! And this close to the new season we should know one way or the other. If the deal.tech is in place, it will be in place by now... there' s no way it's going down to the wire, so why not let us know?!?!?!?!?

And one of Virgin's biggest weaknesses is their woeful lack of communication.

Well lets hope Spider and the proof will be in the pudding at the start of the Premier league season.
