TBH Deffy - I think we'd migrate to the end of the pool and have a big natter

Rest day tomorrow before the usual Saturday slow, fast, slow 9 miles.

I'm totally unaccustomed to the joys of running. Clibling. scrambling, etc - it must be a pretty nice place where you do that. ?
