Virgin Media TV is not a joke. Virgin Media have 31 HD channels and soon to be 35 and maybe even more this year

Sounds like the £10 charge is because they need to buy new equipment. Also quite surprised that a small-time cable company got ESPN America HD but states that Discovery HD is very expensive.
