2. If this was murder, were the murders connected and part of a series committed by the same man or men?

3. If this was murder, was more than one man involved?

4. If more than one man was involved, were the men acting independently or together?

5. Was the defendant responsible alone, or with others, for each offence?

I don't think that this will make it easy for the jury to reach the verdicts.

Can they find him gulity of some of the murders, but not all then? Or is it a case of all or nothing?

It'll be separate charges so he can go down on some but not others.

Still with all those coincidences I'm not sure I want someone that unlucky walking the streets. Especially with an out of control American satellite hurtling towards the earth.
