How much is a backup connection (or do you only pay when it has to kick in)? I might look into this.

Three do 4g broadband with a hub unlimited from £22p/m

Re: Virgin Media Outages - 27 Apr 2020
My 350mb broadband only came back late this morning.
Uploads speeds were < 1 mb and download was up and down.
What was the issue?

My connection went down again around 10 minutes ago.
With so many employees working from home relying on critical infrastructure such as Disney+ right now, I hope it gets sorted soon! 😉

I think that must be more local to you, mine has been stable since about 12.30 am.

Agreed. A network configuration change was made overnight to prevent it happening again.

I wonder if the way Netflix on the V6 continues to only work intermittently is part of the same fault.

I don't know the details, but for now they have changed routing to bypass the faulty part of the network.

That's definitely something different. Please start a new thread explaining what goes wrong.

I don't suppose this is something that can be flagged up or fixed automatically?
