Sky have got test match rugby until the end of this season at least, but BT have made English & European club rugby their own.

More to the point, BRpT Sport has Premiership and European Rugby monopoly

Apologies, you're quite right, you can watch on a laptop.
I was thinking of the traditional viewing approach, on the sofa in front of your TV. (Which of course if not a smart TV, you can hook up a laptop to as well as the many steaming devices available)

My kettle will not be on during the match! I think the main thing will be awareness, not the technical ability to view though doubtless the press will publicise the YouTube broadcast.
Hope the UK's broadband infrastructure can cope with all the traffic.

Re: ESPN BT Euro Premier and Sky Sports news
You could try asking in a satellite tv forum - this forum is for cable tv.

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
EssexSpurs71 on DS Forum saying BT Sport on Sky through Sky will cost £14.99 for Sky Sports subscribers or £24.99 for non Sky Sports subscribers.
With BT Sport 4K included for those with Sky Q experience.
Who knows if that's correct they give the source as someone who works for Sky.

Interesting. Speculation on that thread it includes AMC. As a boxing fan I'm wondering if it includes Boxnation just like on BT.

Weird that!
I can only assume they are telling customers different things as I was told previously that all BT Sport Channels would be free to existing Sky customers
Edit - Sky Sports Customers

Agreed, but presumably less money - unless BT reduced their bid significantly

They really are cutting down on costs i think. I think their focus will be EPL/champions league/europa./bundesliga
I'm intrigued to see where Serie A will end up and La Liga. Both those contracts could be re-done this summer? I hope Sky get La Liga back and Serie A. It'll really boost their football coverage and with the debacle of Eleven sport they might just be both desperate for a stable channel.
