CF income survey
I'm curious - what are people's incomes?
This is genuinely just curiosity, poll is anonymous, please be honest!
The demographics of CF are a bit of a mystery.

Re: CF income survey
Personal - it is a survey of members, not their households.

Re: CF income survey
If HMRC consider it taxable that works for me.
What a loaded bunch we are relative to the 'average' so far!

<cynic mode>
I wonder if this poll will have the same effect on people as when they catch up with former friends at a school reunion... </cynic mode>

There I was just stating base salary and ignoring on-call and benefits as I thought I'd feel out of place in the top band...

Re: CF income survey
Between £30,000 and £50,000
I work on a Zero hour contract and thus far I've received no less than 45 hours. The average I reckon out at around 78 per week at £12 per hour and £18 on bank holidays. Security work so no night shift allowance. Average shift length is 14 hours, minimum is 12 and maximum is 18.
I've pulled 6 days a week at 18 hours before though, done that over Christmas for a period of 4 weeks.

Re: CF income survey
I've never been money orientated, my wife is the same, she has a good job, but not the best wage, just above average but the hours are excellent (full time). Meaning she has more home life compared to work life. I've never been envious of those who has to put in crazy hours no matter how much they earn. I've seen the damage it can easily cause working every hour there is.
That said, I'm not that surprised by the poll result here so far.
