Elementary
So, it's the US remake of Sherlock staring Johnny Lee Miller and Lucy Lui. The pilot is floating about for anyone interested in watching it. I just finished watching and thought it had potential. Seemed like they tried to incorporate Watson into the case more which is good.

Re: Elementary
It was actually quite good.. A total twist from the UK version and more like house has gone over to help the police department..

Re: Elementary
I watched the first one, and thought it was so so. I'll probably see what the next two or three are like and then decide if im going to bother with the rest.

Re: Elementary
Just watched the first series, brilliant. Found myself watching the pilot in bed, then a series later it was 4am. Couldn't stop watching. Guy that plays Sherlock is brilliant.
Whilst being a US tv series it does keep a British type of Backstory, with it being Sherlock relocated to the US from Scotland Yard as well as being a British actor.

That pretty much sums it up spot on.

Re: Elementary
So the finale has aired in the US and I was not expecting them to do that with that character. I don't really know the lore of Sherlock Holmes but I wasn't expecting it. Good or bad move?

It was a bit of a curve ball I did though guess the ending..
I wonder what they'll now do for S2?

Re: Elementary
Well I know the premiere is getting filmed in London so we'll be getting more of Shelock's history and it'd be the perfect time to see his father but I'm guessing they'll be making their own villains now unless Moriarty escapes or something.
