Was going to have fried bread but had some fried chilli prawns as starter so decided on toast. Trying to keep it a little healthy lol.
It was yummy. Got to treat myself now and again.

Chicken salad with clemantines, soy sauce, ginger, lime, and sesame seeds.
Grilled Salmon on a bed of Parsnip Mash with Scallops and spring onions.

Just taken the family out for Mothers' Day Sunday lunch. I had -
Pate and toast
Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, Roast and boiled potatoes, lots of different veg
Sticky Toffee Pudding and Ice Cream
Large glass of Shiraz
Nap time, perhaps......
