Credit where credit is due...

Hi All

I believe in being fair so I though I should let you all know about a chap on the NTL support line called Richard.

From my last post you will see that I had slow browing and a huge packet loss. It turns out that I had my ethernet card in full duplex instead of auto. Richard spotted this very quickly and I am now surfing at full Speed.

Its great to speak to some one who gives you facts and actualy knows what he is talking about instead of some 14 year old reading a script out. Richard was a great help in etting me up and running again and resolving my problem................Well done.

Well I have been a muppet and Richard has helped me out and got me working at full speed - Credit where credit is due.

Just goes to show that some people that work on the tech line do actualy know what they are talking about.

Looks like I'm not as smart as I thought I was ......

Lets hope that you all get through to someone like richard --- If you do NTL could vastly improve its image.

Thanks Guys and thanks Richard.

Stuart.

Always Happy me.

And from the looks of your pic there is no reason why you should be unhappy.
