Are You Being Served? actor Nicholas Smith dies
Nicholas Smith, the actor who played store manager Mr Rumbold in the BBC sitcom Are You Being Served?, has died aged 81.

Sad news. And if I am correct, isn't he the last one of the original cast to die? I loved watching the repeats of AYBS, especially with Mollie Sugden's character and her pussy cat. Some glorious double meanings during those conversations for people with juvenile humour like me!

Yes they repeated the series mostly on BBC this year which was good.
