Get Server not trusted message when sending e-mail
I tried asking the following question on Virgin Support Forum, but got no reply. Has anyone here come across the same error message when sending e-mail.
(I'm using blueyonder).
I use Windows Live Mail as my e-mail platform and have transferred this to my new computer. I thought I had it set up exactly as on the old computer, but am getting the following error message when sending mail:
"The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could not be verified.
A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.
Do you want to continue using this server."
I select YES and the message is sent and received OK, but I get this error message every time I send anything. Incoming mail is working perfectly.
