Freeview News.
Two more channels set to launch on Freeview.
Both Chart Show TV and CBS Reality has been given an 'New DTT channel licence' to broadcast on Freeview by Ofcom.
Channel still to launch on Freeview:
-Chart Show TV
-CBS Reality
-Sony Movie Channel
-Sony Movie Channel +1
-TBN Europe

Confirmed: Notts TV to launch May 27th on Freeview.
Local TV broadcast Notts TV has confirmed to Nottingham Post that they will launch on Freeview on May 27th 2014.
Rumours on the web say Notts TV are in talks with both Virgin Media and Sky.

GTV launches on June 2nd.
STV announces new Glasgow city TV channel will launch this June on Freeview, Sky and Virgin Media.
STV Glasgow will be on air every day from 12pm until 12am, with an entertaining mix of news and features with a live and interactive format that will encourage viewers to get involved.argest city. -Bid has moved from SDN (COM4) to ARQ A (COM5) (replacing Price Drop).
-Price Drop has moved to COM7 (Some areas only - Need Freeview HD boxes)

-Ch8 London Live launched (Some London areas only)

"This service is no longer available. Please keep a look out for new services on this channel number"

BBC London 94.9 has been added to the London Region on Freeview 721.
BBC WM has been added to the Midlands Region on Freeview 722.

Chart Show TV is set to launch on May 8th on Freeview Channel 67 at 10pm*.
*Chart Show TV will broadcasting on your box if you can view POP on Freeview Channel 75.

Channel 4 +1 HD and 4seven HD available on Freeview.
On Tuesday 1 July we will launch two new HD channels, Channel 4 +1 HD and 4seven HD, on Freeview.
The channels are available to over 70% of the UK population from our newly launched Freeview HD multiplex.These new channels are additional HD Freeview services on the new ‘COM7’ multiplex and will join the HD channels we already offer including BBC News HD and Al Jazeera English HD.

BBC3 set to go online only as trust backs plans to scrap TV channel
BBC Trust back BBC plans to close BBC Three.
-BBC Three and BBC Three HD is now set to close in January 2016.
-BBC Trust rejected another proposal to launch a new BBC1+1 channel in place of BBC3 because of its likely impact on commercial rivals including ITV and Channel 5.
