error code w02
Get the w02 error code when I watch either ssn or bbc 2 hd . Ruined my top gear recording. Only on downstairs box upstairs box is fine.

That error code means there is a signal issue to your box. I'd call CS up to get it checked out

Restarted box and its working now, most annoying thing is that I had a technican out
last wednesday.

Yes, that sorts out most issues. I'm surprised that more people don't do that before they consider calling CS or posting here.
