Speed Not reaching what i should be expected to get

hi there had this problem for a good week or so where i getting good upload but my download speed is not reaching any better than 40 at a push. spoke to a fella in tech support in Liverpool over the weekend and got engineer out today to hopefully solve it but he just messed around with my router and ps3 and tivo box just find the problem and didn't have a clue senior tech fella by the way.so he didn't fix it. all i no is that something is blocking me get 50mb. also my super hub top light is green not blue but i still have an internet connection 2nd superhub with this issue.

You only have 1 downstream, try rebooting it to see if goes blue

ano useless fella didn't pick it up ring tech support in the morning to sort this out coz it rediclous now would that explain why i getting green light instead of blue aswell

right got a second tech fella booked for thursday with the issue as a only 1 downstream channel. should have at least 2 or 3 according to peter in tech support.

Can you try factory resetting your Superhub?

Someone in VM towers can comment more authoritatively than me on this but isn't the most likely cause of events here either a borked hub or borked provisioning?

had senior tech fella out today. it is a config problem as all other downstream channels are there so he gonna do some digging and try and get to bottom of the problem and resolve it.
