Except that this monster will get a cushy cell with tv and all mod cons something Bin lid did not get . The victims of Ratko Mladic don't have the same luxury.

While most people welcome, and in some cases are trumpeting, the arrest and detention of Mladic it is important to note the fact that he was apprehended, and that he may well be tried, is due in no small part to the Human rights Act and the ECHR.

As such statements such as "Yes l agree with you that they should get the same treatment as they dished out to their victims" or "he should be made to suffer by having no contact with Anyone except the person who brings his food" are emotive, juvenile, baseless and indeed contrary to the very principles which might yet bring him to justice for the obscenities with which he is charged.

People would do well to contemplate those facts the next time they switch into [Daily mail] rant mode [/Daily Mail] in an (ill informed) attempt to attack the existence and exercising of Human Rights.

All things considered Mladic was an altar boy by comparison to Bernard Munyagishari who was also recently apprehended as a result of ongoing investigations brought about - again in no small part - by people and organisations who believe in the exercising of Human Rights.

That said - and political opportunist scepticism aside - Rwanda is not lobbying to join the EU any time soon.

However emotive and juvenile you class my post i still feel he will have a much better time in jail than the poor *******s he had murdered. He gets a far better deal out of the human rights act than his victims did. The average person on the street knows already that he will have a very good barrister who will ensure that he is treated far better than he should be.

Belgrade doctors are to decide whether Ratko Mladic is fit to resume attending a hearing aimed at extraditing him to the war crimes tribunal in The Hague.

The hearing against the 69-year-old former Bosnian Serb army chief was halted when his lawyer said he was in "poor physical state".

Gen Mladic - who was arrested on Thursday following 16 years on the run - faces genocide charges over the 1992-95 Bosnian war.

The extradition could take a week.

I see that this ******* is now trying to play the illness card as a get out of jail free card, realistically **** like this should be put in jail and the key thrown away and his meals pushed under the door to ensure no contact with humanity.

I advocate the same threatment for all war criminals and terrorists when caught as death is to good for them and thery should live out the rest of their lives without any human contact.
