No channel 4
Hi all, I can't get channel 4 on the 2nd box. We have a V+ in the lounge, and a standard box in the dining area.On the standard box if I put 104 on the remote it goes to either 103 or 105, if I use the channel up/down on remote it skips ch.4 and goes to 3 or 5.I've tried changing channels on the box and the same happens. The V+ box doesn't have this problem.
On reading another post, I did manage to get it on 854, but wondered why this is happening, and if I need to ring faults? TIA, WWAS.

Re: No channel 4
Yes you need to call faults who will send a signal to the box to rectify it.

Or use the new FIX IT assistant!
Here’s how:
Quote:
Press Home on your remote.
Select option 9, for Help & Info.
Select option 2, for Virgin TV.
Select option 9, for Got a Problem?
Select option 1 for Fix-It Assistant.

Yes it should work as long as the signal goes through.

Re: No channel 4
I think a simple reboot might fix that one.

It is Spiderplant's job to know what fixes actually work.

Re: No channel 4
Looks like it was picked up as a fault, but a reboot fixed it. Fault ref was 1479738.
