paper bill charge

when i signed up i stated that i wished to use the e-bill function but as to date ive had 3 paper bills with the extra 1.50 charge. i know this isnt a great deal of money but considering im newly unemployed i need to tighten my belt as much as possible. has anybody else had this problem?, and if so how did you resolve it. id just like some feedback before i phone them up and convince them that i shouldnt be paying it as we have all heard the rumours about how bad vm customer service can be. thanks

Re: paper bill charge

After 5 years of paper bills I recently changed to the E-bill system and now get a £5 a month payment charge

Well I don't bloody think so thankyou very much ... I'm off back to paper bills and Direct debit - screw the environment

Re: paper bill charge

E-Billing is just the method of viewing your bill. The £5 charge is for not paying by Direct Debit. Set up the DD again.

Re: paper bill charge

ringing now .... *yawn*

edit got through in a couple of minutes, spoke to Scott who sorted out the direct debit to be reinstated from next month

*note to self* don't go off on one because you presume E-BILL means you cancel direct debit and pay via Debit Card
