Problems with V Stuff back up

I installed V Stuff backup the other day because 'Richard' said it was great and easy to use. Certainly it seems easy at first, but I reckon it's full of bugs and has some design problems.

Firstly it is really hard to see what directories you are selecting for upload. Secondly when you try to deselect a directory you selected by mistake it seems impossible to delete the files you mistakenly uploaded. Even if you do delete them the directories you thought you deselected, still get uploaded.

I have now hit capacity, around 30gb, and most of that I didn't want sent anyway.

Please anyone, is there a way of deleting everything from the remote store and starting again?
