Not sure

I'm new here but the reason I registered is to try to get help/advice on something that I need fixed. It's not extremely urgent. But, I would like to try having it work ASAP. It has to do with a modem and a flashing ethernet light. But I don't know where to go for help.

A flashing ethernet light is normal if you connect your modem and PC via ethernet cable.
