ive noticed my internet has been slow over the past days...its always between 3-4 aswell anyone else in b'ham have this problem? understandable its slow after 4 due to STM...but round 3pm it shouldnt be slow cuz afaik stm starts at 4pm...upload hardly goes above 18kb/s at 3pm and download hardly reaches the 20kb/s mark...thanks!
