Hi,
New to the forum so please forgive me if this is in the wrong section.
I wanted to set up some new email address on VM, and when I went into the browser to go to my account, it ( both I.E. and Firefox ) came up with a page that stated :-
"Your browser has issued a request that the registration server has denied.
Please contact Virgin Media customer support if the problem persists."
So it is not possible to get into your account as well.
I also noted that it is not possible to access any of the VM newsrooms.
Does anyone have any information on these issues.
From time to time Virgin Medias email server stuff can be a bit tempermental. Give it a few hours and try again. Or check the service status pages for any known fault. If you can use internet normally for other sites, it's going to be a VM thing.
I am assuming you are ex-ntl, if you click on the "connection" link at the top of the forum, you will get a box up with some info, mine is cpc1-midd8, which shows i am connected to middlesbrough UBR number 8.
