SMTP 451 errors
I'm a new Virgin Net customer - since Friday. The first couple of days were fine, but yesterday I started getting 451 errors from the SMTP server. This sounds like a server-side error and not mine. Eventually the emails get through, but I spent a frustrating hour last night trying to send an urgent email and eventually had to print it out and fax it.
Incidentally, I've tried to complain to Virgin but their online form for support sends to an unknown address (and bounces)! Don't they like complaints?
