Speedtest.net mini

ok i uploded the speedtest mini to my blueyonder webspace just if enyone could help with upload hang problem i have read the readme and it says something about edititng some php config file enyone help me?

*** Apache using PHP ***
Apache on some distributions disallow POST requests over 512K. This will cause the upload portion of the test to hang on faster connections.

To correct this problem:
- Open php.conf or php.ini
- Find LimitRequestBody and remove that line
- Restart Apache (/etc/init.d/httpd restart)

Re: Speedtest.net mini

I doubt it will work. VM probably don't allow you to install your own scripts, and won't give you access to restart the web server.

Re: Speedtest.net mini

The web space VM provide is for basic, simple *.html. You most definitely wouldn't be able to restart the HTTPD daemon either... Hope that helps!
